You go to the top of your page and you should see a box that bsays frinds. click on it ana a box say add or remove. Type in the person's user name and click update, and they will be added! :heart:

What exactly do you mean with ' profile picher'? When u go on "Edit Profile" u can upload an avatar. For a deviantID u have to upload the ID as a deviation and select it as ur ID at "Edir Profile"
